ANSWER: No! We DO NOT provide home on-site/ off-site binding estimates of any kind. As a moving labor company, our company solutions are based upon hourly usage estimates based on your needs for loading, unloading, packing, help.

Moving labor help services are prebooked for the amount of hours you need for choice of either loading, unloading, packing or unpacking help services.

ANSWER: No. We do not charge extra for stairs. However, you are required to get 3 men for anything above 4 flights of stairs, unless you have a cargo van.

ANSWER: We DO NOT move specialty items such as pianos, safes/ vaults, hot tubs, pool tables, antiques, motorcycles, arcade games, etc. You should contact a reliable and reputable specialty mover for such items.

ANSWER: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policies, Any moves booked and purchased with us directly are refunded directly from our company.

However, If you purchased services through a third party entity, such as (Movinghelp, Uhaul, etc.) you will be responsible for contacting that same third party company directly to get any refund monies that you paid them.

ANSWER: We can not guarantee adding additional hours during any move. Our Moving teams perform multiple jobs on a daily basis, and any unexpected need for more time can disrupt other scheduled moves.

We urge clients to give a realistic view of their moving request in terms of packing, wrapping, loading, expected walking distances, flights of stairs, etc., before estimating a the time needed for their moving project.

ANSWER: Item damage includes liability coverage includes

  • Liability negligence coverage is .60 per pound per article for damage caused by labor provider handing. Increased damage protection is available at an additional charge, it must be purchased during the booking process or some time before your actual move. 

  • the basic minimum insured value coverage of .60 per lb., per article. However, you can purchase full valued insurance by doing so via your booking through MovingHelp.com

It is recommend that you check your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance company to coverage 

Since most do-it-yourself individuals are responsible for either some or all of their packing, loading, unloading and unpacking their own belongings, there will no damage
