MOVINGFAQS: GENERAL MOVING QUESTIONS

Answer: Using moving labor help allows you to do some or all of the aspects of your household move thereby allowing you to control your moving costs. From packing to loading and unloading, using our local movers help you save time, money and the possibility of injury.

Answer: If you booked/ placed your move through a third party websites such as Movinghelp, Uhaul, Hireahelper, etc.) service you will need to go through that company to process your cancellation and refund. In such cases, since we in effect did not accept any monies directly from you, we are not responsible to issuing any refunds to you.

 

Answer: We DO accept credit cards, PayPal and Square. We Do Not accept Checks. In the future, we will be accepting some popular crypto currencies.

Answer: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policies, Any moves booked and purchased from us directly are refunded directly from our company J Sutton and Co Moving Services LLC.

However, If you purchased services through a third party entity, such as (Movinghelp, Uhaul, etc.) you will be responsible for contacting that same third party company directly to get any refund monies that you paid them.

Answer: No! We DO NOT provide on-site/ in-home binding estimates of any kind. As a moving labor company, our company solutions are based upon hourly usage estimates that are based on your needs of our customers. Each element of services for loading, unloading, packing or unpacking help will be based upon the time booked/ requested.

Moving labor help services are prebooked for the amount of hours you need for choice of either loading, unloading, packing or unpacking help services.

Answer: There are no additional fees for the moving help services that you book. However if you require any services other than those booked there may be costs and/ or fees associated with those further moving service requests.

Answer: We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We DO NOT accept checks of any kind.

Answer: We DO NOT pickup/drive your rental vehicle as an inclusive to our moving labor services. However, as a convenience we do offer driving help services for an additional cost.

MOVING FAQS: U-BOX DELIVERY SERVICES

U-Box is a portable storage container service provided by U-Haul. It allows you to conveniently store or transport your belongings during a move.

A: No, our responsibility is limited to items that fit inside the U-Box container. If an item doesn’t fit, we are not responsible for its inclusion or disposition.

A: Our responsibility is primarily for U-Box delivery and loading or unloading related to it. If furniture items don’t fit inside your new home or building, we are not responsible for disposal or further arrangements.

U-Box provides portable storage containers delivered to your location. You load your belongings, and then U-Box transports the container to your destination or stores it at a U-Haul facility.
