GENERAL QUESTIONS

Using moving labor help allows you to do some or all of the aspects of your household move thereby allowing you to control your moving costs. From packing to loading and unloading, using our local movers help you save time, money and the possibility of injury.

If you booked/ placed your move through a third party (Movinghelp, Uhaul, etc) service you will need to go through that company to process your cancellation. Since we did not accept any monies from you directly, we would not be responsible to issue your refund to you.

We DO accept credit cards, PayPal and Square. We Do Not accept Checks.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policies, Any moves booked and purchased with us directly are refunded directly from our company.

However, If you purchased services through a third party entity, such as (Movinghelp, Uhaul, etc.) you will be responsible for contacting that same third party company directly to get any refund monies that you paid them.

No! We DO NOT provide home on-site/ off-site binding estimates of any kind. As a moving labor company, our company solutions are based upon hourly usage estimates based on your needs for loading, unloading, packing, help.

Moving labor help services are prebooked for the amount of hours you need for choice of either loading, unloading, packing or unpacking help services.

There are no additional fees for the moving help services that you book. However if you require any services other than those booked there may be costs and/ or fees associated with those further moving service requests.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We DO NOT accept checks of any kind.

We DO NOT pickup/drive your rental vehicle as an inclusive to our moving labor services. However, as a convenience we do offer driving help services for an additional cost.

No. We do not charge extra for stairs. However, you are required to get 3 men for anything above 4 flights of stairs, unless you have a cargo van.

We DO NOT move specialty items such as pianos, safes/ vaults, hot tubs, pool tables, antiques, motorcycles, arcade games, etc. You should contact a reliable and reputable specialty mover for such items.

We DO NOT provide hand trucks, dollies and moving blankets or pads for protecting furniture. Such items are available for rent or purchase by most local rental truck providers or stores.

We DO NOT provide moving supplies such as boxes, packaging tape, etc for your move. Such items are available for purchase online or via local stores.

Item damage coverage includes the basic minimum insured value coverage of .60 per lb., per article. However, you can purchase full valued insurance by doing so via your booking through MovingHelp.com

Gratuities are not mandatory. However, we encourage you to tip movers for a job well done!

Generally, movers are usually tipped in a range of $25-$120 per person.
