Complete Loading: Where you could request a set number of labor-only local movers to help load or unload your moving rental.
Partial Loading: If you only require help moving a few specific items, you could request that movers do the heavy lifting and load based on your moving needs.

DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE MOVING TRUCKS?
ANSWER: No. We do not provide trucks for your move.
DO YOU PROVIDE MOVING EQUIPMENT/ SUPPLIES?
ANSWER: No. We do not provide free equipment or supplies for self-help moves. We encourage customers to rent equipment and purchase supplies from your local rental truck vendor.
ARE THE MOVERS INSURED?
ANSWER: Your personal belongings are covered under the basic industry standard of .60 per lb. This would cover items that are damaged while being handled by the moving crew.
If you would desire additional insurance coverage, you could add the “Safeload Protection” additional insurance during booking. This would provide extra coverage protection for your personal belongings while in possession of our labor-only movers.
CAN YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE A COI?
ANSWER: Yes, we can provide a COI. A COI is personal and unique to your building only. You will be required to provide a sample certificate or requirement form listing your building’s personal information. Since this is a labor-only moving service there will be a fee depending on how fast you need the COI. If you would like a certificate of insurance, you can submit a COI request.
DO MOVERS DRIVE THE RENTAL TRUCK?
ANSWER: No. You will be responsible for driving the rental moving truck.
DOES YOUR COMPANY MOVE PIANOS AND SAFES?
ANSWER: No. We do not move Pianos or Large Safes. these items. These items are specialty items.
DOES YOUR COMPANY CHARGE EXTRA FOR STAIRS?
ANSWER: No. We do not charge extra fees for stairs. However, if you are moving up more than 5 flights of stairs, we do require that you book more than 2 movers.
