Code of Worker Conduct

As a representative of J. Sutton and Co. Moving Services LLC, all workers, contractors, and associates are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and respect while on duty or on-site at any job. By working with us, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

Professional Conduct

  • No Fighting or Arguing On-Site: Any physical or verbal altercation in front of business partners, clients or coworkers is grounds for immediate removal.
  • No Drugs or Alcohol: Showing up under the influence of any substance, including marijuana, is prohibited before or during work.
  • No Client Soliciting or Side Deals: You may not offer your own services to clients or ask for side jobs while on duty.
  • Honest Tip Handling: Tips given to the team must be disclosed and shared fairly unless stated otherwise by the client
  • Deter ,wrongdoing

Work Expectations

  • Arrive on time, ready to work, and dressed appropriately.
  • Respect the customer’s space, belongings, and privacy.
  • Follow job lead or supervisor instructions.
  • Report any issues or delays immediately.
  • Help maintain a professional image and company reputation

 

 

Violations

Any violation of this policy may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination of work eligibility, or legal consequences if applicable.

    • Any physical or verbal altercations in front of clients, vendors, or coworkers will result in immediate removal from the job and possible termination of all future work opportunities.

  2. No Drug Use or Alcohol Before or During Work

    • Showing up under the influence of any substance, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited. This applies before work, during work, or while on-site, even if legal in your state.

  3. No Side Deals or Client Soliciting

 

    • You may not offer personal services to clients, ask them for other work, or pass them your contact info. All client contact stays within J. Sutton and Co. Any violation is a conflict of interest and grounds for dismissal.

    4.    Honesty and Teamwork with Tips

 

    • Tips are shared unless otherwise stated. If a customer gives a tip intended for the whole team, it must be reported and divided fairly. Hiding or keeping tips without discussing them is considered theft.
