CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

The J Sutton and Co Moving Services LLC Cancellation Policy outlines terms and conditions of our cancelling a scheduled service with the company.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the balance. [penalty/fee/rebooking charge of [$__].

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours [24 hours] prior to your appointment.

LATE CANCELLATION PENALTY

TIMEFRAME TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY

A cancellation of any scheduled service requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cancel your service within 48 hours of your schedule service, no penalty charges will be accessed.

NO SHOW NO CALL

If you failed to show for your scheduled moving service appointment or notify the company within 48hrs of your appointment time, you will be subject to the full costs of your booking.

RESCHEDULING

A cancellation of any scheduled service requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cancel your scheduled service within 48 hours of your service, you will not be subject to a penalty charge.

If you do not cancel your scheduled move within 48 hours notice, you will be subject of a penalty 25% of the total balance of your move.

RESCHEDULING REPEATEDLY

We reserve the right to refuse any requests to transfer or postpone your reservation dates/ times that conflict with operations. This includes customers making repeated requested scheduling dates.
