What Does Moving Labor Providers Do?

From furniture disassembly to packing and loading rental trucks (U-Haul, Penske, etc.), you will be helping people perform household and business moves. A move typically could be small apartment moves or large complex ones – basically anything involving a truck and some heavy lifting.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No. You do not have to have a drivers license to work with us. However, a mover with a valid drivers license is more preferable when  we assess applications.

To be a moving associate you must have at least a minimum of 1 year of moving experience. You must also have basic knowledge of directions, a cell phone, an account that accepts Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or Cash app. 

You certified moving labor providers are required to maintain a minimum 4-Star rating on every Job. This rating feedback will be based on our customer reviews. We DO NOT tolerate No Shows!

You will receive notification of a Job by email. All  jobs issued are on a case to case basis. and service providers are chosen based upon their own performance and ability.

If you get bad reviews from clients it is unlikely that you would receive consistent work! In short, you should make every effort to get good customer ratings and reviews.

Movers are typically paid weekly! We use either of the following payment solutions to pay providers such as Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal and Venmo.

In most cases, if you any  own a vehicle and drive to assigned jobs that are outside the local city transportation coverage areas, you will be provided a travel fee. The travel fee is  to compensate for fuel and tolls accumulated during this trip.

We make every effort to authenticate our providers using the necessary sources. Social media gives us insight your actual identity and minimizes anonymous calls for jobs.

Yes, we will only work with people that have knowledge and experience of  household moving. Since we are a company that deal with household furniture items.We look for people that have skills in packing, wrapping, loading and unloading trucks.

Applications for moving labor help provider positions could take a 3-7 days to process completely.

You have 24-hrs to either accept or deny the job request. Jobs are scheduled during the confirmation process.Once you accept a job , it is your responsibility to do “ALL” jobs that you  accept.

If you have accepted a job that you can not do the job. You should contact use immediately. We will find a replacement provider to handle the request.However, be mindful that we take no-shows and cancellations very serious. You will be ultimately held responsible for cancellations and no-shows.

Individual service providers that demonstrate and maintain timeliness, good customer service skills, 5 Star customer reviews and knowledge of moving process would automatically be considered for increases in payment.
